The first step is to call or email us to set up your free week, introductory session. This is limited to specific class times and only for those who have never tried CrossTraining before. This intro allows you the opportunity to meet us and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If we both decide that Force2Reckon Strength and Conditioning is for you, then your next step is to sign up and begin our free foundation course.
By focusing on foundations training during the intro course, we minimize distractions and pay maximum attention to your individual needs. In the foundation course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossTraining movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the Group Classes after completing your foundation course.
